Here's a small outline how to get started with Hotglue:

GENERAL
* There is an edit-mode and a viewing-mode. To go to the edit mode, add "/edit" behind the url and login with your username and password.
* For editing you need to use Firefox as a browser.

EDITING TIPS AND TRICKS
* Single mouse click in open area -> add textbox or add file
* Double mouse click in open area -> page preferences menu (show grid, background colour, etc.)
* Mouse over the menu items to see what icons mean
* Mouse click on object -> select object and object menu appears (colouring, textformatting, etc.)
* Selected object can be moved around by keeping mouse clicked and moving the mouse.
* Resize object by clicking on the border of the object, keeping the mouse active and move it. Use shift button to constrain proportions.
* Embedding: paste embeddingcode in textbox. If you want to delete the embedded file, you have to select the object just below the player and click the delete button.
* Create a second page through the page preference menu.
* Create a link to another page by creating or selecting an object, and then choosing the "link"-button. Fill in the url (of an external site) or the page name of another page in your site to connect them.
* In the edit mode you can move to another page via the preference menu ("list of all pages" button).

Q1: How do I ad a picture to a page. After uploading I don't see an add image icon.
Q2. How do I save my changes to a page?

A1: check permissions of your ./content folder and all other folders inside of it. sett all to 777 (recursive)

A2: once the permissions are set correctly all changes you do to a page are saved continuously, i.e. every time you release mouse button
