alignment of text

text in textbox is always positioned ugly: too close to the right side. spacing or tabs will not work to get the text a bit more in the textbox and have a nice border. also centring or aligning text to the right would be nice features.

I agree completely. In the meantime a collage-solution is to make a background coloured box and place a transparent text box on top with more distance from the margins.

right, 'collage-solution' is the right way to go. hotglue will never have 'illustrator-like' set of methods, our thing is to stay oversimplistic and figure ouuut new ways of doing things instead of copying standart aproaches.
