failing for those who work on os x - the .htaccess file is not getting copied. the solution would be to supply the zip with install.php script that would take care of renaming htaccess into .htaccess and populating ./content

decrypted - make sure you copy .htaccess file into your website folder (.htaccess might be not visible in OSX or Linux filemanagers)
